Coming in March

Your eSign dashboard will get a new look with Adobe’s release of their new Homepage layout. The new layout still offers the same sending options as before, but now with a sleeker look.

Users may still opt to switch to the classic interface. Click here to learn more about switching between the Classic UI and the New UI, and other information about the change.

Acrobat & eSign Training

We asked, and you answered. Last month, a survey was sent to gauge the interest level from our users to host an onsite training opportunity covering various Adobe applications. The feedback we received was outstanding and majority of our users requested to learn more about Acrobat and eSign. What was originally intended to be just one session being offered ended up being 3, and all sessions filled within just a couple of days. Thank you for your continued interest in learning how technology and going paperless could improve your existing business processes.

Although the classes are currently full, feel free to check back with the registration page using the link below in case of any cancellations.

New Use Cases

Scheduling your next event at the Capitol has just gotten a little easier with eSign Web Forms. We recently worked with the Capitol Preservation Board to transform their PDF applications for scheduling events at the State Capitol into a completely electronic experience. Rather than printing the form to fill out and sign only to upload back into your computer to be able to email for submission, you can fill and sign the form directly from their website. Not only will this new process be more convenient for the applicant, but by leveraging eSign’s form field validations, it greatly minimizing incorrect or incomplete forms, further expediting the process.
