As we continue to move forward in our efforts to providing enough resources to help agencies and users transition to electronic signatures, we will be working on improving our website with more relevant content. Another Milestone!
In a previous Newsletter, we were excited to inform our users that after just 4 months of a Statewide introduction into electronic signatures, we as a state had reached 10,000 transactions.
Fast forward a couple of months, and we are excited once again to inform you that we did well over 10,000 transactions within the past 30 days alone.
New Video Library
We have updated our instructional videos and placed them on a single page that is organized to help you quickly find what you’re looking for. The short videos are aimed at getting our new users up to speed with electronic signatures, as well as provide instructions for eSign’s additional functions for some of our intermediate and power users.
We also added video instructions for installing and using Adobe Sign’s mobile app. Now, using an approved mobile device, you can truly sign anywhere!

UPCOMING TRAINING – Acrobat & eSign
We will be sending out invitations for an upcoming training opportunity that will be held during the last week of July covering Acrobat and eSign.
These sessions will be 30 minutes offered throughout a 2 day period, and is intended for new users.
Tentative dates for these training sessions will be on July 28 and July 29.
